PIMER PEACE MONICA is a Ugandan social entrepreneur, named among 40 under 40 elite, inspirational Ugandans 2019 and 2020 by ‘The New Vision’ and is recognised by United Nations Population Fund as an advocate for Sexual Reproductive Health Rights 2019
Certified professional in SRHR, a course offered by centre for SET SRHR in service SRHR Trainer of Trainers jointly delivered by Makerere University School of Public Health, Lira University, The International Institute of social studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam and Rutgers.
Peace is the founder and Executive Director of Nile Girls Forum, a girl-led organization focusing on elevating resilient adolescent girls and young women with an emphasis on leadership, sexual reproductive health rights, and livelihood.
She is a Digital Opportunity Trust Cohort 2, African Change Markers Initiative Cohort 4, Sauti Ya Sasa Cohort 2, and Academy for Women Entrepreneurs cohort. In 2018, she was appointed as the ambassador of The Cheza Association to Northern Uganda, an association that is reviving traditional African sports to raise awareness on the sexual reproductive health of girls and women in Northern Uganda.
She is the Human Resource Manager of B-Threads Couture, a tailoring company that tells the African story through fabric and design and equips girls and women with tailoring skills and business development.
