Phionah Nampala, is a passionate human resource professional with a drive to support and
empower people in a workplace. She is currently the Human Resource Officer of Nile Girls
Forum, where she oversees recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, fosters a positive
and productive work environment and also provides support and guidance to staff and
management.
